Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, relationship management and continuous improvement. She began her career in travel and tourism before progressing into the hospitality industry, where she gained extensive experience in guest relations, front office operations, reservations, service recovery and team coordination
Her experience in travel, hospitality and client relationship management has shaped her approach to leadership at Alama Global Solutions.
